Stay in Touch with Friends and Family

Having regular contact with the people we love has been one of the hardest things to achieve during the pandemic. Video chats have really helped fend off feelings of loneliness and isolation. Too much interaction on social media is not good for our mental well-being. In fact, it can make us anxious and depressed.

A better way to stay connected is to use visual means through our phones or computers. In this way, we can see and talk to several members of the family at the same time.
